The New Bach Players
When in 2000 two young musiciens studying at the Juilliard School in
New York met and shared the same passion for Bach: Francesco Tristano
Schlimé, pianist and Aaron Brown, violonist. Accompanied by artists from all
over the world a new cosmopolitain ensemble was founded in 2002, The
New Bach Players.
Since its foundation in New York, the ensemble is conducted by
Francesco Tristano Schlimé. The orchestra performs in New York, but also in Europe,
under the protective wing of his artistic director, Bruce Brubaker,
american professsor and pianist.
Glenn Gould Memorial Concert
at the Conservatory in Luxembourg (October
5th 2002) and at the Arsénal in Metz (October 8th 2002)
At the issue of the concert at the Arsénal in Metz, a Live CD was produced with the Complete Keyboard Concertos.
The New Bach Players 2004
at the BOZAR in Brussels (June 22, 2004) and the Grand Théâtre de la Ville de Luxembourg, (June 24, 2004)
